Warm House Insulation & Heating is a registered contractor under the Better Energy Homes scheme which specialises in providing energy efficient wall insulation solutions, especially external wall insulation based on expanded polystyrene for new and existing developments build in Dublin / Leinster area.
Although we are newly set up company in Ireland few years ago, our crew has a great experience in construction industry, especially in insulation projects in Northern Europe: in Germany and Poland where the house insulation technology is well-established and it has been in use for many years.
Warm House Insulation & Heating are fully insured for Employer's Liability, Public and Product Liability and Professional Indemnity required by Sustainable Energy Authority Ireland standards. We are employing properly trained personnel, equipment and procedures necessary to enable regulatory compliance.
Warm House Insulation & Heating has NSAI Certificate IAB/E091 for External Wall Insulation and SEAI registration for External Wall Insulation with Contractor ID 12413. This number should be used when you apply for the HES Grants choosing our company. You can do it either choosing SEAI paper application form or online application form. Both forms are available on SEAI Better Energy Home scheme Homeowner Information Page.
Warm House Insulation & Heating are also fully registered and fully insured as Registered Gas Installer with RGII registration number C0689 what alow us to carry the works for any Heating Upgrades works including Solar Heating applications.
