Gallery of works : External wall insulation, Dublin 9, Whitehall

This terraced house in Whitehall, Dublin 9 had two walls of about 40 square meters in total to be insulated externally. The back extension was already insulated from inside. We have applied insulation material of 100mm Platinum expanded polystyrene (EPS) which helped to achieve required U-Value for walls: 0.27. For slopes in gable wall in front we have applied aluminium flashings to protect the insulation. All cast iron pipes and gutter have been replaced by the new ones.
